Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes are outside our delivery area. All eligible orders ship free.
When should I expect my chair?
Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days, excluding any wait until the next business day. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Our cutoff is 07:00 PM, fixed GMT−06:00 Central Standard Time (Chicago), with no daylight-saving adjustment. Orders after the cutoff, on weekends or US federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Can I use my chair outdoors?
These rattan and cane chairs are intended for indoor use. Keep them away from rain, standing water, persistent humidity, direct heat and prolonged direct sunlight.
Is a cushion included?
No. Each product is supplied as a chair without a cushion. Dimensions are listed on every product page in inches and centimeters.
How do I request a return?
Contact [email protected] within 30 days of receipt with your order number and reason. Obtain authorization before returning the item. For a change of mind, the chair must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
What if my chair is damaged, defective or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem; photographs can help us assess it. We cover return shipping when the issue is our error, damage or a defect. The ordinary unused and original-packaging requirements do not prevent a claim for these issues.
Who pays return shipping, and when is a refund issued?
You pay return shipping for a change of mind. We pay for our error, damage or defects. There is no restocking fee. After we receive and inspect an authorized return and approve the refund, it is refunded to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Bank posting times can vary.
How are payments and orders handled?
Available payment options are presented at checkout. A payment authorization does not itself constitute acceptance of an order. An order is accepted when we issue an order confirmation. Contact us for assistance with an order or payment.
